2021 Columbia Valley Syrah

A full bodied Syrah that leads with smoked wood, pepper, berry jam and cardamom on the nose. The palate brings flavors of blackberry, fruit leather, and a hint of oak. A mild pepper and a lingering tannin deliver an enjoyable finish. Duck, pork tenderloin, grilled lamb, BBQ or smoked meats, and root vegetable dishes will pair well with this Syrah.
